She received her economics degree from the Budapest University of Economic Science (now: Corvinus University of Budapest), then continued her studies in Paris, as participant of the Copernic graduate management program. She has gained her senior management, HR, journalism and marketing experience from working for multinational corporations. Since 2000, she applies these experiences to analysing questions related to equal opportunities for women – particularly in employment-related social issues; raising social awareness; and developing practical solutions. She has been leading the JÓL-LÉT Foundation since establishment. The Foundation gained recognition among related professions, stakeholders and employers, as an organisation which fosters equal opportunities for women. Particularly for those, who are trying to return to the job market after maternity leave. Besides her work for JÓL-LÉT Foundation, she is involved both as gender-expert and developer of labour market and social policy-related public and political resolutions on national and EU levels at the Hungarian Women’s Lobby. Previously, she was an active member of the Roundtable on Population and contributor to several other expert’s forums.
