Mi a megoldás?

A Coca-Cola HBC Magyarország Kft.-nél a munkatársak szervezeten belüli továbbképzését a Fast Forward nevű program szolgálja. Ennek három különböző fajtája három különböző vezetői szintre készít fel. Minden évben indul mindhárom program, mely végén az éves PDF (Performance Development Forum) alkalmával választjuk ki, vezetői ajánlás alapján, hogy kit szeretnénk a programba nominálni, majd egy egynapos kiválasztás (AC, személyes interjú) után dől el, kik kezdhetik meg a programot. A program egy évig tart, amely során projektmunkán dolgoznak a résztvevők, képzéseken vesznek részt és a végén egy prezentációval zárják a képzést. A program által a szervezeten belüli utánpótlást, utódlást tudjuk erősíteni, melynek számos haszna van a szervezet számára. Egy speciális tudást igénylő piacról van szó, ahová nem könnyű megfelelő tudású szakembert találni. Napjainkban egyre nehezebb a tehetségek bevonzása és sokszor hosszú időt is vesz igénybe, mire kívülről megtaláljuk a megfelelő személyt. Másrészt az új munkaerő betanítása idő és költségigényes. Célunk, hogy a vezetők 70%-a a belső utánpótlás által kerüljenek kinevezésre és kb. 30% pedig külső keresésből.

Mi az üzleti kapcsolódás?

A program által növeljük az elkötelezettséget, kineveljük a vezetők nagy részét, lehetőséget biztosítunk a fejlődésre, támogatjuk a tehetségek továbblépését, karrierútját, mindez számokban is mérhető, hiszen hozzájárul a profitabilitásunkhoz. Tehát a programnak konkrétan az üzleti pénzügyi mutatókra is van hatása, hiszen egy belsős kolléga gyorsabban tud profitot termelni a vállalat számára (megspórolva ezáltal az újak keresését, betanítását).

Eredmények és hatás

A legjobb ösztönző a program sikeressége és eredményessége, a programban résztvevők lelkesedése, elköteleződése. Nagyon jó példát mutatva ezzel, hogy a folyamatos fejlődés, tanulás a kulcsa a továbblépésnek, sikerességnek. A jövőt tekintve a nemzetközi szinergiák kihasználásával bővül és színesedik a program: a most induló évfolyam tréningjein már az adott régió minden országa FF2-es résztvevői együtt vesznek részt. Új elem lesz továbbá az azonos területen és szinten dolgozó, más országbeli kollégákkal közös tanulás (Peer Learning Session) és a felsővezetőkkel folytatott, egy-egy témára fókuszáló, kötetlen beszélgetés is (Fireplace talks).
