Mi a megoldás?

A BASF SE 2013-ban vezette be az innovatív FWC 4-way katalizátorát benzines motorok számára. Az egykomponensű FWC technológia képes eltüntetni a szilárd részecskéket, szén-monoxidot, szénhidrogéneket és nitrogén oxidokat a benzinmotorok kipufogócsövéből. Így csökkenti az üvegházhatású és egyéb ártalmas emisszió kibocsátást, segíti az autógyártókat, hogy könnyebben megfeleljenek az új, szigorú kibocsátásszabályozásoknak, mint az Euro 6, és végül megoldást nyújtanak a magas mobilitásigénnyel rendelkező fogyasztók számára, hogy életmódjuknak kisebb környezeti hatása legyen

Eredmények és hatás

Az elmúlt hat évben a BASF SE kétszer annyi kibocsátási katalizátorra vonatkozó szabadalmazott engedélyt kapott, mint a hozzá legközelebb álló versenytársa, ami bizonyítja innovativitásunkat és azt, hogy a szigorodó környezetvédelmi elvárásokkal, kihívásokkal lépést tudunk tartani. A termékeink csökkentik a szén-monoxid, szénhidrogének és nitrogén-oxidok kibocsátását, mert különösen fontos számukra, hogy megfeleljenek a legszigorúbb feltételeknek. Mindezek mellett az üveghatású gázkibocsátást is hatékonyan csökkentik. Kevesebb vizet használnak a gyártáshoz, és az energiahatékonyságot is javítják a termelési folyamatokban. A fokozott biztonság is lényeges faktor. Mindezt holisztikus életciklus gondolkodással valósítjuk meg, s haladnuk a hulladéklerakó-mentes működés felé is ezen programok segítségével is.
