Mi a megoldás?

Számos termelési technológia esetében a villamos-energia termelés melléktermékeként hőenergia is keletkezik, melynek hasznosítása révén (ún. kapcsolt villamos-energia és hőtermelés esetén) jelentősen növelhető az összes energiatermelés hatásfoka és jelentős tüzelőanyag megtakarítás érhető el. Kevesebb tüzelőanyag felhasználás jelentős költségmegtakarítást és kevesebb üvegházhatású gáz kibocsátást eredményez.
A megoldás a nagy hatásfokú kapcsolt villamos-energia és hőtermelés megvalósítása, mellyel primer energiahordozó megtakarítás érhető el.

A környezetbarát, ökohatékonysági intézkedéssel jelentősen csökkennek a kiadások, költségek, s ezáltal versenyképesebbé válik az ALTEO.

Eredmények és hatás

Kapcsolt termelés esetén, azonos villamos-energia és hőtermelést feltételezve, a különálló termeléshez képest 11-14%-os tüzelőanyag felhasználás, és ezzel arányosan kevesebb szén-dioxid kibocsátás érhető el. Egy kogenerációs erőmű esetében folyamatosan mérik az erőmű által felhasznált tüzelőanyag mennyiségét, valamint a termelt villamos-energia és a hasznosított hő mennyiségét, mellyel pontosan meghatározható a hőtermelés és szolgáltatás hatékonysága. A tüzelőanyag felhasználással arányosan változik a széndioxid kibocsátás is, melyet a létesítményeikben évente külső fél auditál.
