As managing director of Borealis Consulting Kft., Ms. Katona actively works as trainer and business coach of organisational and business development, and strategic business consultancy. She has gained her multicultural, senior management experience while working in 5 different countries. Her personal mission is to inspire and energise private individuals and organisations to recognise their inner values and strengths, and provide support for entering the road leading to their own development. She has been in a relationship for 25 years and has two children. She actively pursues her goal to fulfil her role as a woman, along her professional carrier. She is committed to strengthening social values and social responsibility as: president of Professional Women Association (PWA) of Hungary; management consultants section leader of OHE; member of the Women’s Civic Workshop; maintaining the Új Buda Alma Mater Primary School; professional partner of “Volunteer Academy” program; and member of the British Chamber of Commerce Council (BCCH).
