In 2016, the Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company (CCHBC) developed a new partnership program focusing on reducing youth unemployment. With focusing on the development of basic social and entrepreneurial skills, the company intends to provide a solution for the 18-30 year old NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) with an education program that will equip young people with basic skills as well as help them to develop professional networks and relationships. This aims to promote the mobThat is why Coca-Cola HBC Hungary launched its free courses in the autumn of 2017 with my self-knowledge, which teaches young people, among others, to self-knowledge, job interview situations and feedback.

Nearly four thousand young people participated in the free trainings in the past year and a half, with the goal of involving 8,000 participants by 2020.
