Társadalmi és gazdasági szempontból egyaránt alapvető fontosságú, hogy a vállalatok lehetőséget teremtsenek a szakképzetlen és munkatapasztalattal nem rendelkező fiatalok foglalkoztatására. A McDonald’s-nál a dolgozók többsége 30 év alatti, szakképzettség nélkül munkát vállaló fiatal. Legtöbben nálunk találkoznak először a munkahelyi követelményekkel, elvárásokkal, itt tanulnak meg csapatban dolgozni, a jó teljesítményt nyújtók pedig lehetőséget kaphatnak már vezetői felelősségek kipróbálására is. Az éttermi környezetben olyan fontos témákat is élményszerűen megtapasztalnak, mint az egyenlő bánásmód, a bizalom, a környezettudatosság, vagy a vállalati etika. Elméleti és gyakorlati tanfolyamainkon évente több mint 300 ezer órában biztosítunk képzést munkatársaink részére, hogy ezzel növeljük eredményességüket nálunk, és szélesítsük lehetőségeiket további karrierpályájukon. Egy olyan, üzletileg számunkra is előnyös foglalkoztatási modellben dolgozunk, amelynek pozitív társadalmi hatásait tudatosan igyekszünk erősíteni.

Mi a megoldás?

A McDonald’s és franchise partnerei a legnagyobb hazai munkaadók, egyben Magyarország legmeghatározóbb diákfoglalkoztatói közé tartoznak. Ebben a pozícióban igen nagy szerepük van a fiatalok munkaerőpiaci integrációjában. A McDonald’s által biztosított elméleti és gyakorlati képzések, a munkahelyi elvárásokkal és működési folyamatokkal való első találkozási lehetőség, a vezetői szárnypróbálgatás, az általuk megismert üzleti értékek– a munkavállalók karrierútját célzottan segíti és egyben meg is határozza. A vállalat évente mintegy 800 munkavállalójának több, mint 300 ezer órában biztosít képzést és oktatást.

Mi az üzleti kapcsolódás?

A pályakezdők munkalehetőséghez juttatása, integrációja és fejlesztése foglalkoztatási és üzleti modellünk is egyben. A McDonald’s munkáltatói tevékenységének alapvető célja a munkavállalók elkötelezettségének erősítése, egy megbízható és stabil éttermi csapat kialakítása. Folyamatos tréningekkel, képzésekkel fejlesztjük dolgozóinkat, biztosítva számukra a magas szintű munkavégzés feltételeit, valamint a szakmai fejlődés és előrelépés lehetőségét. A gyakorlati és elméleti képzések kulcsszerepet játszanak mind a fogyasztók magas színvonalú kiszolgálásában, mind pedig az éttermek vezetői rétegének kinevelésében.

Eredmények és hatás

A szálloda és vendéglátás szektor munkavállalóinak 2,6%-a dolgozik az éttermeinkben és irodánkban, vagyis nagyságrendileg minden 40. foglalkoztatott a McDonald’s munkavállalója. A McDonald’s kifejezetten fiatal munkahely: munkavállalóink 66,5%-a 30 év alatti, 42%-uk diák. Hosszú távú karrierlehetőséget biztosítunk dolgozóinak: az éttermi dolgozók 2,5 év alatt akár étteremvezetői pozícióig is eljuthatnak. A jelenlegi éttermi vezetők több mint 80%-a kezdte éttermi dolgozóként a pályafutását.

A munkavállalóink karrierútját célzottan segítik az elméleti és gyakorlati képzéseink: vállalatunk évente mintegy 800 munkavállalónk részére több, mint 300 ezer órában biztosít képzést és oktatást. A napi munkavégzés során számos olyan hasznos képességre, kompetenciára is szert tesznek, melyeket nem csupán éttermi karrierjük során, hanem akár a munkaerőpiac más területein is kamatoztatni tudnak. A McDonald’s 1988-as magyarországi nyitása óta hozzávetőleg 80 000 munkavállaló dolgozott az éttermeinkben, akik az itt megszerzett munkatapasztalatokat, képességeket, kompetenciákat tovább vihették karrierútjuk során. Ez a jelenlegi magyar munkaerő-állomány közel 2%-a.

Hosszú távon elkötelezettek vagyunk a fiatalok foglalkoztatásában: a teljes éttermi menedzsment 41%-a 30 év alatti munkavállaló. Vállalatunk és franchise partnereink emellett az országos, régiós és iparági átlag feletti női foglalkoztatottal (64%) és részmunkaidős dolgozóval (27%) is rendelkeznek, valamint nagy számban alkalmaznak megváltozott munkaképességű munkavállalókat is.

Büszkék vagyunk arra, hogy munkáltatói gyakorlatunkat számos elismerés és díj is visszaigazolja. Az Aon Hewitt éves Legjobb Munkahely felmérésben részt vett magyarországi nagyvállalatok között 2010-ben első, 2011-ben és 2013-ban pedig második helyezést értünk el. A Budapest Esély Nonprofit Kht. 2009-ben Bronz fokozatú, 2012-ben Ezüst fokozatú, 2015-ben pedig Arany fokozatú Társadalmilag Felelős Vállalkozás Minősítést ítélt nekünk a Social Label audit keretében. Emellett megkaptuk a Sokszínű és Multigenerációs Szervezet TOP 10 elismerést, valamint alapítóként aláírtuk a Sokszínűségi Egyezményt. A külső auditok, visszacsatolások is megerősítenek minket abban, hogy a kitűzött értékeket és elveket (mint esélyegyenlőség, felelős foglalkoztatás stb.) sikerül megvalósítanunk a mindennapi gyakorlatban.
