A reklám egy izgalmas dolog: röviden, frappánsan megfogalmazni termékeink üzeneteit úgy, hogy azok felkeltsék a vásárlók figyelmét. Számunkra nagyon fontosak a fogyasztóink, így természetesen a fogyasztók lehető legkorrektebb tájékoztatása is. Az Önszabályozó Reklám Testület (ÖRT) a hatóságok mellett, a piachoz közelebbi szereplőként működtet egy ellenőrző, szabályozó rendszert, amely az önkéntességen alapul. Az ÖRT a tagvállalatokkal karöltve kidolgozta a Magyar Reklámetikai Kódexet, amely a jogszabályi előírásoknál magasabb – etikai normákat is tartalmazó – elvárási szintet képvisel. Vállalatunk, mint az ÖRT régi tagja, a Reklámetikai Kódex aláírója, és a reklámok – fogyasztók érdekében történő – önszabályozásának feltétlen híve. Bízunk benne, hogy felelős marketingtevékenységünk révén építjük a fogyasztók körében a bizalmat és valós információkkal segítjük felelős döntéshozatalukat.

Mi a megoldás?

A Henkel Magyarország Kft. marketing és értékesítési folyamataiban nemcsak a jogszabályi megfelelést, de a magas szintű etikai normákat is érvényesíti. Aláírói és alkalmazói is vagyunk az Önszabályozó Reklám Testület által megfogalmazott Reklámetikai Kódexnek. Ezzel biztosítjuk az etikai és fenntarthatósági elveknek megfelelő marketingüzeneteket, módszereket, illetve bizalmat építünk fogyasztóink körében és korrekt tájékoztatással ösztönözzük őket a felelős döntéshozatalra.

Mi az üzleti kapcsolódás?

A marketing egy nagyon izgalmas terület, azt szokták mondani, hogy az 50%-a mindig „kidobott pénz”, csak sosem tudni, melyik fele az. Hiszünk benne, hogy a marketingtevékenységünk döntésbefolyásoló hatással bír fogyasztóinkra, éppen ezért eladást ösztönző, választást befolyásoló, esetenként szemlélet- és magatartásformáló is. Rövid távú üzleti előnyt lehet szerezni jogszerű, ám etikátlan reklámozással vagy promócióival, de meggyőződésünk, hogy a hosszú távú bizalom érdekében sem társadalmilag, sem üzletileg nem szabad ezzel élni. A korrekt piaci magatartás és a fogyasztói bizalom versenyképességünk záloga.

Eredmények és hatás

A magas szintű etikai elvek segítenek minket abban, hogy a jogszabályoknak is könnyedén megfeleljünk marketingtevékenységünkkel. A fogyasztók bíznak a márkáinkban – ez nagyon fontos számunkra. Bízunk benne, hogy a fenntarthatósági szempontokat is figyelembe vevő termékeinket egyre több vásárló választja, és így hozzájárulhatunk az ő életmódjuk fenntarthatóbbá tételéhez is. A célunk olyan termékek kialakítása, amelyek a folyamatos innovációnak köszönthetően egyre kisebb ökológiai lábnyommal bírnak, így például kevesebb hulladékot termelnek a fogyasztóink is.
